1. Controller and scope
The controller is Bosphorus Uydu ve Uzay Teknolojileri Anonim Şirketi. Registered office: Mustafa Kemal Mah. Dumlupınar Bul. No: 280G İç Kapı No: 1260, Çankaya / Ankara, Türkiye. A cookie is a small browser-stored record. Local storage (“localStorage”) and page memory are different technologies and are described separately. English and Turkish pages share the preference state on the same origin.
2. Purposes and legal grounds
Technical operations needed for website delivery, form security and implementing your choice rely on KVKK Article 5(2)(f), provided your fundamental rights and freedoms are not infringed. Applicable duties and restricted evidence records rely on Articles 5(2)(ç) and 5(2)(e). They do not require optional analytics permission.
Google Analytics evaluates visits and page use on the basis of explicit consent under Article 5(1). The Google analytics tag does not load, and analytics requests are not sent to Google, before an affirmative choice. Rejecting analytics does not prevent contact or estimator functions. We do not use an advertising or session-recording category.

Browser restrictions may shorten these periods. Language follows the URL. Mission data and unfinished forms are not saved to persistent browser storage. Your browser's own autofill or session-restoration features are separate.
4. Security and analytics information
Cloudflare Turnstile processes browser and connection signals for security. We do not use its cookie-issuing pre-clearance feature. These explanations are updated when security features or the browser inventory change. Connection and security processing through Cloudflare is independent of your analytics choice.
Cloudflare Web Analytics is also used to measure page views, referral sources, countries, device types and page performance without analytics cookies or persistent browser identifiers. It runs independently of your Google Analytics choice. Google Analytics is optional and does not receive names, email addresses, form text, mission inputs or results. Query strings and fragments are removed from page addresses. Google processes analytics identifiers and page/session, device and browser information for the analytics service. Overseas processing and legal transfer conditions are explained in the Processing Notice. Analytics consent is not unrestricted permission for international transfers.
5. Managing your choice
“Accept analytics” enables Google Analytics. “Reject analytics” keeps Google Analytics disabled; the Cloudflare services described above continue to operate. “Cookie preferences” in the footer reopens the explanations and choices. The controls are equally accessible; browsing or closing the banner does not grant permission.
Use “Cookie preferences” in the footer to change your choice at any time. Withdrawal stops further Google Analytics transmissions, clears the relevant analytics cookies accessible to the site and reloads the page to unload the tag. Removing a browser cookie does not itself erase information already sent to Google; you can make a rights request about it.
You can also manage cookies and local storage through your browser settings. Deleting the preference record may prevent the site from remembering your choice. Email subscriptions and analytics choices remain separate.
6. Records, rights and contact
Google Analytics uses a two-month user/event retention setting, with reset on new activity disabled; aggregated reports may remain longer. This is not the browser-cookie lifetime. The analytics preference is stored in your browser; the website does not create a separate server-side consent receipt or link your choice to form submissions.
