This website is operated by Bosphorus Uydu ve Uzay Teknolojileri Anonim Şirketi. Registered-office and registry details appear in Company Information. Contact info@bosphorus.space. The site provides corporate information and preliminary technical tools concerning electric propulsion, satellite subsystems and engineering services; it does not create an online sale or payment transaction.
2. Technical information and product status
General descriptions, development targets, example configurations and estimates are not, by themselves, binding offers, performance warranties, delivery commitments or conformity certificates. Verified specifications, delivery scope, pricing, schedule and acceptance criteria are defined in the applicable offer/contract and technical documents. A component's heritage or a team's previous experience should not be interpreted as another product's flight heritage or qualification.
3. Estimator limitations
The estimator produces preliminary results from your inputs and the displayed model assumptions. Results are not a detailed mission analysis, flight-readiness decision, operating command or definitive product selection. Check the accuracy of inputs and applicability of the results to your mission.
Ideal firing time is not the same as an operational manoeuvre schedule. Available power, thermal limits, duty cycle, attitude, mission geometry, operational restrictions and the model's scope can affect actual implementation. An orbital-lifetime or deorbit result is not a regulatory authorisation or assurance that a mission satisfies its legal obligations. Flight decisions require mission-specific engineering and verification.
4. Information sharing and intellectual property
Rights in website content belonging to BOSPHORUS or the relevant rights holder are reserved, subject to uses permitted by law. No licence to trademarks/content or ownership in technical designs transfers without a written agreement. Submitting information through a form does not, by itself, transfer ownership of that information to BOSPHORUS.
Only submit information you are authorised to share. A general form does not automatically establish an NDA; statutory confidentiality and personal-data duties remain applicable. Agree appropriate channels and contracts before sharing technical material subject to export controls, third-party confidentiality or special security requirements.
5. Security, external links and responsibility
Do not use the site in a way that harms it or others, circumvents access controls or creates unnecessary load. Continuous or error-free availability is not guaranteed. Linking to an external website does not constitute endorsement of its content or data practices.
These statements do not remove mandatory liabilities or liabilities that cannot lawfully be limited, including intent or gross negligence, and do not restrict personal-data, consumer or other non-waivable rights. Separately signed agreements govern the commercial relationships within their scope.
