How Bosphorus handles information you share through this website.
Contacting Bosphorus
When you submit the contact form, your name, company, email address, selected topic and message are used to process your enquiry and let our team reply. Do not include information that needs an NDA before disclosure.
Propulsion estimates by email
When you request a propulsion estimate, we process your business email address and the satellite and maneuver values you provide. The server calculates the estimate and prepares an email containing your inputs, results and model limitations. Results also appear on the page. These details are submitted only when you request the estimate; editing the calculator does not submit them. Requesting an estimate does not subscribe you to marketing emails.
Email delivery
Email service providers process recipient addresses and message content to deliver the requested communications. Submission or acceptance for sending does not guarantee arrival in an inbox. We check email format and, for estimator requests, screen common personal and disposable email domains. These checks do not verify company affiliation or ownership of an inbox.
Service providers
Bosphorus uses Cloudflare to host and protect this website, Resend to deliver contact-form and propulsion-estimate emails, and Google Workspace for company email correspondence.
Website analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand page views, referral sources, visitor countries, device types and page performance. It does not use analytics cookies or persistent browser identifiers. We do not send contact-form contents, email addresses or propulsion-estimator inputs and results to the analytics service.
Website and request data
The website does not use advertising trackers or session replay, or store enquiry information in your browser. The sending service checks the request origin and uses a network identifier and email address to limit spam. Submitted enquiries and estimates may be stored in service records and the related email correspondence. Hosting services may also process technical information needed to operate and protect the website.
